Refund Policy

At Sky Solution LTD, we strive to provide high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Service-Based Work

For web development, design, marketing, and other custom services:

• No refunds once the project has started or work has been delivered
• Partial refunds may be considered if work has not yet begun
• Milestone payments are non-refundable once completed

3. Deposits

All deposits are strictly non-refundable, as they secure time and resources allocated to your project.

4. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (templates, code, etc.), all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in rare cases where:

• We are unable to deliver the agreed service
• A duplicate payment was made

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your project at any time; however, payments made for completed work will not be refunded.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
